We've had this Nest doorbell for about ten months and a few days ago the battery drained from nearly full to empty overnight. Charged it up to full and by evening it was down to 20%. Did a factory reset then charged it midway and unplugged it (as I didn't want to leave it charging overnight). This morning it was down to 7% even though it wasn't mounted. Is there anything else I can do? Thanks.

Since you're approaching the end of your 1-year warranty, perhaps you should consider contacting Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
