We installed our new battery nest doorbell a couple of weeks ago. Last week, following a 1/2 hour power outage, we stopped getting person/package detection alerts. If I press the doorbell, we do get an alert. I checked all of the settings and notifications, and things were still correct. The battery was still over 50%, but I charged it anyway. But, nothing. I don't know what happened -- what's next??? Any ideas are appreciated!

Hey there,
I am terribly sorry to hear that you're having this issue! I would love to assist you with this issue. If you are having issues with your Nest Cam or Nest Doorbell, I would suggest that you first start by restarting it.
Restart: Keeps all your settings, and it should reconnect to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever becomes frozen, has trouble reconnecting to the internet, or isn't working normally.
