I have a battery doorbell that I have wired. I have two phones linked to it( an old and a new one S24 Ultra). Only the old phone Note 10 plus is getting activities' notifications. I have checked all the possible settings and they are both sharing the same settings since they aye linked through the same Gmail account. Everything is turned on.
The only time that the notifications works for few hours on the new phone was when I removed the wifi network and added back.But it stopped working again even though it is using the same wifi connection .
There is not any other family member that has access. The wifi is working properly. The odd is the fact that the old one is still receiving all the notifications.

The wife's s24 was doing the same thing, only fixed it by completely uninstalling the Google home app and reinstalling it

For your concern, please try the steps below. These are designed to refresh your notification settings and ensure everything is properly configured:
Reset Notification Settings and App:
First, turn off all notification settings within both your Google Home app and Nest app. Please also double-check if the Nest web app (if you use it) has the same settings.
Next, sign out of your account on all devices where it's signed in, including any computers.
Then, uninstall the Google Home and Nest app from your Samsung S24 Ultra.
Restart your phone.
After your phone restarts, reinstall both the Google Home and Nest app.
Sign back into your account and turn all notification settings back on. Again, if you use the Nest web app, confirm the settings match there as well.
Check Phone's App Notification Settings:
Go to your Samsung S24 Ultra's settings.
Search for the Google Home app or Nest app.
Select Notifications.
Ensure that the main toggle for notifications is turned on.
Review Activity Zones:
Sometimes, issues with activity zones can affect notifications. Please gather screenshots of your activity zones within the app.
Ensure they don't overlap. If you find that your activity zones do overlap, please delete them and recreate them carefully with no overlap.
