Nest doorbell battery

Hi, I attempted to set up the doorbell on my phone at my Mums address.

The doorbell Works on my phone but would not show up on my Mums google hub 

On Google Home, the doorbell appears on my Mums set up & mine - both on my phone

how do I get the doorbell to show up on my mums google hub ?

Is your Mum's phone accessing the same Google Nest "home/structure" as the Google Hub?  Are the doorbell and the Google Hub in the same Google Nest "home/structure"?
