The nest doorbell doesn’t even last a week and it claims to last about 1 month and I have about 20 events recorded per day so the numbers don’t even add up. I mean it’s not even cold here where I live since it’s summer. I hope they do a recall on this product and send out a newer version of this doorbell. The only I bought this doorbell was because of the aspect ratio or FOV whatever it’s called and the features it had. I’m also thinking of getting an doorbell adapter for it. Any suggestions?

I am terribly sorry to hear that you're having this issue! I would love to assist you with this issue. If you are having issues with your Nest Cam or Nest Doorbell, I would suggest that you first start by restarting it.
Restart: Keeps all your settings, and it should reconnect to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever becomes frozen, has trouble reconnecting to the internet, or isn't working normally.
