Nest doorbell blue light will not stay lit

We just installed our nest doorbell. Everything was working, until all of a sudden it went offline and will not come back. the blue light comes on for 3-30 seconds and then just completely turns off.

Any ideas of what this issue could be.

Has the doorbell wiring come loose? Is the chime puck correctly installed? If you press your doorbell button, does it ring your indoor doorbell chime? Do you get a notice on your phone when you pressed the doorbell button?  Did you get a notification that your doorbell is offline?

@stephh, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, what troubleshooting steps have you done? Which Nest Doorbell do you have? How far is it from your Wi-Fi router? Try restarting your Nest Doorbell and Wi-Fi router.
