Nest doorbell camera suddenly not working

Have 2 year old nest doorbell.  The camera is suddenly not working. I’ve done a factory reset uninstalled the doorbell from my home and nest apps and getting an NC 021, NC 023 codes. Nothing seems to work. Any advice is appreciated.  The power indicator light is green at the top and the camera light is blue.  I’ve re-powered down my router, my phone and all the apps multiple times. Does someone know how to fix this?

NC021 and NC023, these errors mean that your camera couldn’t connect to your phone through Bluetooth. You’ll need to make sure that Bluetooth is working and enabled on your phone, A good next step would be to try setting up your Nest doorbell using a different phone to see if that helps .For more tips, please check out the following article: Troubleshoot Nest camera and doorbell setup messages.
