I can’t see any video history. I was able to see it with my trial. I paid for the service and I’m not seeing anything

Your subscription needs to be on the same Google Account as your cameras, and for the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your cameras.
You can check your subscription on the link below. If you click on your subscription, it should show you the name of your Google Nest "home/structure".
