Nest doorbell charging too slowly

My battery powered doorbell doesn't display charging light and takes over 2 days to fully charge. Any idea what could be happening please?

Slow charging happens when the cable or adapter used to charge the camera isn't compatible. Are you charging your Nest doorbell with the provided cable and adapter?
