Nest doorbell gen 2 wired

My indoor chime does not work with the chime connector installed.  If I remove chime connector the chime works but makes a buzzing sound.  When the chime connector is installed the moving plunger inside the chime moves barely when doorbell is rang

  • A photo of the wiring of the chime.
  • A photo of the wiring of the transformer.
  • A photo of the wiring of the chime connector.
