The glass on my nest hello has started to peel and looks awful. It's impacting camera quality too

I called in about this and issues with the camera not recording. Google is replacing the doorbell with another one that should be delivered next week. I was outside warranty, but have a lot of Nest products and the Nest Aware paid subscription. Good luck.

We have a lot of nest things, and the aware subscription too.
