Nest doorbell green light but offline and will not restart or reset

It is a wired nest doorbell.  It is offline and has a green light.  It will not restart or reset   The green light goes away after 10 secs and comes right back on.   Reset does the same thing.

I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. When did it start happening? Did you make any changes to your Wi-Fi network? Also, what error message are you getting on the Google Home app? Check out this link for additional help.

No changes to the WIFI and there is a Nest Yale Deadbolt right next to it that is online and working.  Error is "Can't reach this camera".

Hey there,

 

If you are having issues with your Nest Cam or Nest Doorbell, I would suggest that you first start by restarting it. 

 

Restart: Keeps all your settings, and it should reconnect to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever becomes frozen, has trouble reconnecting to the internet, or isn't working normally.

Yes.  No change.  Just gave up here since just repeating the troubleshooting guide.
