My Google wireless doorbell was working fine until we upgraded our wifi modem . Now it gets all the way to the end of the ‘start up ‘procedure and says ‘something went wrong’
I have manually reset the doorbell at the back with a pin , I have switched off my phone and back on , I have switched off/ on the modem like all the Google help says to do . I also removed the Nest Hub from my Home App and set up from scratch . All the other devices in our home have connected to the new Wifi but this doorbell is not and it’s taken over 2 hours of my time to try and troubleshoot as there is no number to call for help !!
Any other suggestions please ?
