I am trying to us Google Home automation to trigger a predefined audio reply to my nest Doorbell.
Specifically, in Home:
1. New automation
2. Add Starter>When a Device Does Something>Nest doorbell Rings
3. Add Action>Communicate and announcements>Make an announcement>ANNOUNCE ON DEVICE THAT STARTS THE ROUTINE
4. Then I added some custom communication
You'd think this would do what it says...announce on the doorbell. But it doesn't work.
Anyone figure this out?
