I am not receiving the Nest doorbell notifications on my Apple Watch SE. There also does not appear to be a nest app for the watch. What do I need to do to receive nest doorbell notifications on my watch?

The Nest Doorbell works with the Google Home app and not the Nest app.
Please try the Google Home app for your notifications.

My doorbell (and all of our thermostats) are currently running on the Nest app and I have no issues with getting Nest notifications on my phone. So you are saying I need to migrate all of the devices to Google home in order to get notifications to my watch?

If your doorbell was installed in the Google Nest app, then its notifications are controlled by the Google Nest app. I get notifications on my Apple Watch for our 3 Google Nest Hello Doorbells (which it appears you have even though your post says "Nest Doorbell [wired, 2nd gen]). As I said in my earlier post, you have to have notifications configured for your Apple Watch as well.

I have, and all my settings were already as he described. It did not work for the first 4-5 days and then all of a sudden started working on its own.

You have to have notifications turned on for the Google Home app (or the Google Nest app) on your iPhone, and in the "Watch" app on your iPhone you have to have "Mirror phone alerts from" turned on for "Google Home" (for newer cameras and doorbells) and for "Nest" (for older cameras and doorbells).
