My nest doorbell is peeling/cracking. There must be another option other than buying a new one, right?

Hi there,

I am terribly sorry to hear about your Nest Camera issue! I can imagine it’s been quite frustrating being without a working device. We will need to look into this further in order to best assist you.

We'll be reaching out to your email on file to collect some information from you. Please respond as soon as you can, so we can get the process started.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance!

Best Regards,

Brad.

Iangoley, suggest you keep your expectations low if your doorbell is not under warranty.  I have the same problem and I have contacted google by phone and also using this board, where Brad (community specialist) opened a case and after wasting hours of my time got denied. They claimed that their policy has changed and that they only replace devices that are under warranty.  It is a complete disgrace that a multi-billion dollar company that is clearly aware of this manufacturer defect can simply decide to wash their hands. I heavily use Google as my smart home technology platform and I am very disappointed by their lack of accountability.
