I have never been able to get this feature to work even though it's turned on in my at a glance settings. I have a pixel 6 so thought it should work seamlessly! Any suggestions?

Thank you for bringing up the concern you're experiencing, I would love to look into this further for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.

Were you able to reach our support team with the link I've shared above? To further isolate the issue, could you try viewing your Nest Doorbell through the https://goo.gle/2qjvVSU or https://goo.gle/2UZL8VI. Also, you may try resetting your Nest Doorbell to the factory default and add it back. Let us know how it goes.

Thanks for that but the issue isn't with viewing the door bell, it's the video preview when someone rings the doorbell that doesn't work. I get a notification but no video preview of who's there. I've done all the factory resets and still nothing.
