Nest doorbell went offline and cannot restart or reset

We have this Nest Hello doorbell for more than 2 years and it worked great until this afternoon. For whatever reason (probably power outage but not sure) it just went offline. It only shows the green light on top but nothing on the big button below. I tried to restart it and reset it based on the documentation, but none of them worked. Does anybody ever encounter similar issues or have anything I could try? Thanks a lot!

I’m having the same problem. Went out of town and the doorbell camera went offline. I’m home now and can’t get it back online. It kept saying my Wi-Fi password was incorrect, but I’m positive it’s not. So I tried removing and re-adding, but then it gave me the nc003 error saying I needed to reset my device. So I tried resetting, and it won’t reset either. When I hold down both buttons, I get spinning blue lights for 30 seconds and then dim blue light. That’s it. And the app keeps telling me to reset it.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries; we'll check this out. Just a few questions: What is the status of the LED light on the Nest Doorbell? Have you tried using a different phone? Did you try to restart your router?

First, thanks so much for your following up, Edmond! I talked to a representative on Google nest product and decided to replace with a new nest doorbell. So the issue can be closed. Thanks everybody for all the nice suggestions received!
