I have connected the Nest Hello (wired) to existing Honeywell. I first connected it to 1 and 3 but this only gave a constant buzz and no Power was given. I changed it as in picture Now and this gave Power. Now Its problem that the indoor chime does not give sound.

Do you have the "Electronic chime" option turned on for the doorbell?

Yes I do

I don't know anything about the Honeywell D3230, but I found this post saying "The D3230 doorbell cannot be used with a Nest Doorbell due to the fact that it has a built in transformer which is only 8V, making it incompatible."

And there is this Reddit post, which suggests either bypassing the built-in chime (with supporting description and photos) or removing the transformer built into the Honeywell D3230 (with no specifics).

I don't know if this is a workable solution.
