Cameras offline. Cannot find any options to restore. Clueless. Help.

I had to reset my Chrome on my desktop and now my camera doesn't work. What happened and how can I restore my camera?

My cameras came back online, on their own, after a few hours.

Thanks for reaching out — let’s see what’s going on. A few questions: what Nest cameras are we working on? Are you getting any messages? How far are the cameras from the router? Also, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

You can try to reboot your Wi-Fi router, and once the network is back up, do the same thing to your Nest Camera and observe if it will make a difference. Check out this link on how to restart your Nest camera.
