Nest doorbell wired not streaming

My Google Nest wired camera/Doorbell keeps showing it is offline. I have checked all the troubleshooting advice and have done several factory resets. When it is reset the camera will record for about 10 minutes and look like it’s working and then go back to offline. When I look in my Nest app I cannot see live footage but 2x a day it will show camera footage (around 6:35am and 12:35pm). Green light on camera is on and blue ring illuminates. Please help!

Before I begin, I need to ask you a few questions for further assistance:

  • When did the situation start?
  • What generation of Nest camera and doorbell do you have?
  • How far is the Nest doorbell and camera from the router?
  • Do you have other Nest devices in your home that are experiencing the same inconvenience? 
  • Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the camera?
  • Do other devices experience slow internet speeds?
  • What Wi-Fi frequency band do you try to connect to (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz)?
  • Have you ever made recent network changes like a new router or a recent move?
  • Have you ever made network name or password changes?
