Nest doorbell with battery

My doorbell with battery showed off or offline at the beginning. Then I removed it after that I tried to install it as a new one but still not working at all, sometimes showed offline some times showed off. Then I tried to connect it as a new doorbell after restart it and factory reset it, the restting is success but when I enter the app, it always showed off and mentioned that this doorbell has removed. Please tell me what should I do not, I already tried many times.

It's my understanding that once you set up the doorbell in the Home app and then install it on the mounting hardware, you can't remove it from the mount. The app goes into "Theft" mode thinking that someone may have stolen it so it "shuts down." This happened to me and I had to tap on the doorbell icon in the Home app, click on the gear at the top of the screen and tap "remove device" and the set it up again.

Thanks for your kind reply. I have removed doorbell from my home app and install it again as a new doorbell and the app showed the doorbell installed it successfully. However, when I open the doorbell in the home app, it showed the doorbell off or offline. I waited for reconnection  more than 20 min but still same result which is doorbell off or offline.
