Nest doorbell won't connect to device (Google Home)

Hi Team, 

I've had my doorbell for about 8 months now and had to charge it a couple of times, and had no issue putting it back and it was up and running immediately, no issues at all. I once changed WiFi providers and had to perform a reset to connect to the new network but that all worked fine too.

 A few days ago my doorbell went offline. I looked in the Google Home app and noticed the battery was below 10%. I figured it was a battery issue. I charged the doorbell to 100% today and tried to connect it back but but it wouldn't. I did a restart as well as a full factory reset. The doorbell comes back on again but in the set up on Google Home it just fails to connect to the device. It asks me to move "closer to the nest doorbell" but I am literally next to it, and so is the WiFi router. No luck unfortunately. Please can you help guide me how I can connect my doorbell back up?

You might want to consider contacting Support to determine whether your battery doorbell has failed and needs to be replaced under the 1-year-warranty, using the link and instructions in this post:
