Nest doorbell

Can’t re connect my nest doorbell to my I phone 14 I took it to curry’s they think it needs an update

Google Nest doorbells do not connect to a phone. They connect to the Google Home app when you log onto the Google Home app on your phone using the same Google Account you used to install your doorbell, and connect to the same Google Nest "home/structure" where your doorbell is installed.

Are you saying it was working okay (maybe for years?) and now it just stopped working?  Also what is "CURRY'S"?
