Hello folks,
So I have recently installed the Nest doorbell, but when want see live video, the audio of the live is only heard in the ear mode not on the loud speaker of the phone, any idea how to fix this? I don't see any option for changing the audio on the app. I'm using Samsung Galaxy phone.

Hey Ishaq,
I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. Have you tried using a different phone to isolate the issue? Check out this guide on how to change the audio settings.
