I just got a nest doorbell. It work fine for a day or two but now it keeps on going off line. I also have a Nest outdoor cam that works fine. I don’t understand why this keeps happening

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. A few questions: what's the status light of your doorbell? Are you getting any error message on the Google Home app? Also, how far is the doorbell from the router?
