Nest doorbell

Good morning.

Nest doorbell went off line, does not re connect. removed from app, re  install and still cant connect. Help.

Thanks for reaching out — let's see what's going on. A few questions: what Nest doorbell are we working on? What is the LED status? Also, is it wired or battery operated?

 

Try to restart the camera and observe if it makes a difference. Check out this link for more information.
