I had a power outage this morning, all my other devices powered back up except for one. I just realized and disconnected from power, waited and replugged it. Cables work with other devices but this one does not power up (no blue light). I removed device from my Nest App and used QR code to reset, but App is unable to locate the device. Probably because it doesn't power up. Please help. Is the device broken? How can I tell?

Thanks for reaching out — let's see what's going on. A few questions: what Nest camera are we working on? Are you still using the provided USB cable? Also, does the USB cable fit snugly into the port on the camera?
