Installed a Nest doorbell (wired), and I also have a Nest thermostat. The doorbell is attempting to connect to the thermostat and share the wifi information. Keep getting NC030 error messages. I have unmounted the doorbell and brought it closer (plugged in w/ usb) without success. Resetting my phone, thermostat, and doorbell has not worked either.

Yes the problem persist. I have charged the doorbell near the thermostat every once and awhile to see if anything changes but I still receive the same error message.

Same problem happened with my installation. Tried this and it worked.
First removed nest thermostat from the app. Then using the app ,connect the doorbell as my first device. After that go back and reconnect the thermostat with no problems.
