Nest Cam Indoor Wired won't set up after factory reset

Hi,

I just have had to factory reset my entire home network relying on Google Nest Wifi and 2 points.

I have been able to reinstall all my google stuff, but the Nest Cam Indoor Wired (2nd Gen). I factory reset the camera, heard the chime, rebooted.

The light is now blinking blue, ready for setup, but Google Home cannot connect to the device. I'm stuck at the point that says "connecting to your device"; then say "move closer to your device".

Been trying to factory reset several times, but still get the same result.

Anyone could help with this?

I'm having the same issue. Does anyone know how to fix it?

@Texas1234

This is an ongoing issue I am afraid for some users. I do not have a fix for it besides to keep resetting and trying to add it back in. Try to move one of your other nest devices, or wifi points closer to the Doorbell to see if that helps it connect better.

Best regards,

Brad.
