Nest flood light camera not connecting to Wifi

I have a hard wired flood light camera and it was working fine for about 6 months, then it started giving me the low battery alert. I saw something in the forum that stated disconnect it hard reset and reconnect, but now I can't get it to reconnect anymore. The green light is on, the flood light cuts on during motion, but I need it to reconnect to my WIFI and can't. Help!

Did you perform a factory reset as described in the Help topic below, pressing the factory rest button until the status light blinks yellow 4 times with a countdown tone, and then turns solid yellow with a confirmation tone?

If your floodlight camera is connected to power all the time and you're not switching off the camera's circuit, you should NOT be getting low battery alerts. We've had a battery camera (the same camera) since Sept. 2021, plugged in with the optional power cable, and it's been "Live" and online ever since.
