My Nest Battery doorbell has worked fine for a few months. Maybe two days ago I got a notification saying it had gone offline. There wasn't any change to our wifi set up, nor did we move anything to go between the Wifi signal and the front door.
Either, way, I tried doing a Restart by following the online instructions and inserting a pin into the hole below the charging port. Five seconds pass, white light comes on, the Doorbell does not come online. I try this maybe ten more times, no luck.
I remove the doorbell from my Google Home App, plug it into the wall (it was fully charged before this happened) and try to re-connect it to my Google Home. This doesn't work with any phone in my house.
Now I'm trying to Factory Reset the doorbell, but now that won't happen either. The Doorbell turns its green light on after about 5 seconds instead, no white to yellow blinking to solid yellow. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Hi @GoldmanPatrick,
Thanks for posting here in the community. I'm sorry to hear your Nest Doorbell Battery is offline. Help's here!
To better understand the situation, I'd like to ask a few questions:

I am having the exact same issue as mentioned above.
Doorbell is offline, have tried to factory reset but won't flash yellow after 10 seconds. The light goes white after 5 seconds and then changes to green and the ring is a solid state, it turns off and on with the green light a couple of times, then nothing.
What's the status LED light? White and then changes to solid green before turning off.
Have you tried performing a factory reset while the Nest Doorbell is connected to the charger? Yes, same issue. Solid white light and doesn't flash yellow.
Are you getting any error messages? Where would I find these? I removed from the home app and now unable to re add.
How far is the camera from the router? Right next to it.
Do you have other Nest devices in the house? Two outdoor cameras, 1 next mini, 1 protect.
Can the Nest Doorbell find other Wi-Fi networks? I'm not sure how to try this without it in the home app.
Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the Nest Doorbell Battery? No.
