I have had my device installed and working for some time and all of sudden my nest cam with floodlight is giving me issues. I can no longer see the flood light or control it as needed in the Google Home app. I tried removing device and re-adding and it still did not show up. Please help.

Sorry to hear you're having issue with your Nest Cam with floodlight. A few questions: did you make any changes to your Wi-Fi network? What's the status light of your device? Also, how far is it from your Wi-Fi router? Keep us posted.
