Nest hello video is pink

Hello I have had issues for a month now with my nest hello door bell.

 

it is displaying pink / purple hue colour in 1 corner I checked the front of the lens and everything looks fine.  I have tried a hard reset and reinstall and have the same issue also covering the lens with my hands still shows the same issue.

 

At night it’s a bright light even with night vision off and in the day time it’s a pink colour.  I have read this is a malfunction with the hardware itself being faulty in under 2 years. 

I am looking for a replacement however I’m not able to find any support method or form online to submit when I click the right support option it just takes me back to the same page does anyone know how to submit for an RMA for nest products ?

Hey folks,

 

Restarting and factory resetting your Google Nest camera or doorbell will have different results:

 

Restart: Keeps all your settings, and it should reconnect to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever becomes frozen, has trouble reconnecting to the internet, or isn't working normally.

 

Factory reset: Erases all your settings and options, and restores its factory default settings. It will not automatically reconnect to Wi-Fi and you'll need to set it up again.

Yes the image was still pink I have a bigger problem as well would you be able to contact me via email or phone
