Nest indoor IQ

Hi.

Need help with 3 year old indoor iq wired Nest camera. Think it may have finally died.
Problem: for a few days it kept disconnecting and video on feed was jittering.
Disconnected and reset. Also cleared camera from Nest app.
Once plugged in again blue light shows for about 5 seconds and camera chimes three times. Continues this cycle every 20 seconds.
Attempted to add camera but says can’t connect after searching. Error nc023.
Stopped Bluetooth on phone and restarted with no change.
Originally I’m sure the camera looked for other devices and not phone.
Has this changed?
Is camera finally stuffed?
Any other ideas?

All other wifi devices in home are working well.

thanks

Hello, I'm a long time user of the Nest cams and I would say yes it has reached it's end.   Google won't repair it.  Your best bet is to buy a used one from ebay.  I should caution you about buying the new nest indoor camera since it does not work with the NEST app and you can not view the camera from your computer in any way.   The new cams only use the Google Home app which is significantly limited in functions compared to the Nest app.  If you read this site you will see many post of people returning their new cameras because of these limitations.
