Themes are missing

I recently purchased the nest hello(wired) however when i go into the settings page of the doorbell within the nest app the themes button seems to be missing I've read a few posts from people having the same issue in the past and that a hard reset might help but after trying and resetting it it still didn't show up.

Google Nest simply removes the "Doorbell theme" option from the Google Nest app when Google considers the holiday is over: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9231819?hl=en#zippy=%2Cdoorbell-theme

Not looking for holiday theme. Looking for ANY theme.

I don't see any doorbell theme option at all in my next app menu for the 2 new wired doorbells. All this money and I'm stuck with one ring sound? This makes no sense to me. 

The "Doorbell theme" option is only available in the Google Nest app during holidays, after which Google Nest again removes it.  See this post thread:

Hey folks, 

 

Thank you for all of your patience! I hope that From what we have seen, Restarting your Nest Hello should reset your chime theme if it is stuck on the Winter theme. Please try to restart it if you haven't. This is not a Factory Reset, just a restart. Restarting and factory resetting your Google Nest camera or doorbell will have different results:

 

Restart: Keeps all your settings, and it should reconnect to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever becomes frozen, has trouble reconnecting to the internet, or isn't working normally.

 

Factory reset: Erases all your settings and options, and restores its factory default settings. It will not automatically reconnect to Wi-Fi and you'll need to set it up again.
