Camera connected to an old email that I cannot access

The best thing would have been to have removed your camera from the Google Home app while you were still logging onto the Google Home app with your old Google Account (assuming your camera is a 2nd gen Google Nest camera), and then reinstalling your camera in the Google Home app while logging onto the Google Home app with your new Google Account.
Google Nest says "There's no way to just simply transfer all the settings from one email address to another." See Community Specialist Jeff's post here: https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Apps-Account/Move-my-google-home-to-a-different-email-account...
You could try performing a "factory reset" (not just a "Restart"), using the instructions on the Help page below, and then reinstalling your camera in the Google Home app (again, assuming your camera is a 2nd gen Google Nest camera).

Hey everyone,
@CyndyCello, thanks for posting in the Google Nest Community. I’d be glad to help you with the Nest camera. Let’s check it out.
During Nest camera or doorbell setup, the message "Camera is connected to another account" may appear if it was previously set up with a different account and the previous owner didn't remove it.
You can transfer the camera to a new home or to your account, but the process is different depending on which app you use to set it up.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks for the help, MplsCustomer.
All the best,
Lance
