Nest indoor camera

Having an issue with my camera not recognizing when I leave the house, I have location services turned on so that when I leave my house, the camera should start recording, or pick up if someone comes inside.

sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. I don’t know if this is a software issue, internet issue, or location services issue with my phone.
