Nest not recognized on new phone

I upgraded to Apple 13. On my new phone the google home app will not pick up my google nest doorbell. It was fine on my old phone which they transferred over to the new

@musclegrand 

You could try deleting and re-installing the Google Home app. The information about your Google Nest "home", including your Google Nest Hello Doorbell, should be on the Google Nest servers, and it should be retrieved when you log onto the Google Home app with the same credentials you were using before.

Yes, we are signed into the apps. Both google home and nest. The doorbell was picked up on my husbands new phone and works fine on his phone. 

We already deleted and reinstalled both apps. 

@musclegrand 

If you are logged into the same Google Nest "home" as your husband and are a member of your husband's household, you should see the same Google Nest devices in the Google Nest app and the Google Home app. that your husband sees in each of those apps.  You only mentioned not being able to see your Google Nest Doorbell (Battery) in the Google Home app; are there other devices in the Google Home app that you CAN see? Do either one of you have a duplicate Google Nest "home"?
