Nest outdoor IQ camera not turning on

I have I had 4 nest IQ cameras and my driveway one stopped working. I checked the wires and still nothing. Please help any suggestions? It’s hard to reach Google for support when I call

Thanks for posting here in the community. Let's go ahead and see our options here to help you. To confirm, how far is that Nest Camera from your WiFi network? What is the light status of your Nest Cameras?

 

Give these steps a try:

  • Perform a simple restart to your Nest Camera.
  • In case you're still getting the same issue, you may reset it to the factory default, remove and re-add it to your app.
  • Remember that all of your recorded events will be deleted after the reset.

Hello. So the camera has been working well for over a year. Now it is not turning on. No light no nothing

Thanks for getting back to us. I would suggest you try plugging in the power adapter to a different power socket and observe the light status and behavior of your Nest Camera.

My plug works. Camera is not turning on at all no light. Camera won’t turn any light on or for me to reset. I plugged camera to different plugs. It’s not the plug. Plug connects to other things and they all work but the camera
