I have two cameras at my office. About 1 month ago one of them stopped. I ended up removing from the app and then I tried to add it again. However, it will not connect to the wifi. This is the error - There was a problem. Camera could not be added to your Nes Account. (C102).

Depending on how old it is it might just have malfunctioned. But if you removed it from the app then you need to make sure you do a full FACTORY RESET before adding it back. Here are the instructions....
