I have an existing low voltage outdoor camera system and I am looking to replace the cameras with Nest outdoor cameras. Can a Nest Outdoor Camera run on a low voltage feed?

The Google Nest Outdoor Camera (wired) is no longer sold, but runs on standard household current with an AC 100-240V AC adapter. We have several of these.
The Google Nest Camera (Battery) can run on battery power or plugged in with an optional power cable that plugs into standard household current. We have one of these, plugged in.

No, they cannot. I believe you are asking if Nest cams work using the existing cabling you have for wired cameras? Nest cams are wireless only in communications. The wire for some Nest cams is power supply only.
If Nest would add direct cabling cameras, it would solve a lot real-world situations/locations, but they won't. Wireless is not always the best solution, people!
OP, the Nest system, when it works right, works great & is easy to install & use. (If it becomes symptomatic/problematic it may be very difficult!)
In any case, Nest cams don't even have a way to plug in your old cctv cabling.
