Nest outdoor cam

Hey 

the magnetic mount for my camera doesn’t work properly - the magnet strength is no where near as strong as my other nest outdoor cam and when the wind blows heavily it knocks it off

I have checked to see if the camera works with my other mount - and it does, so I’m guessing it is the mount that is faulty 

where can I replace this? I have looked everywhere

That should NOT happen. None of our outdoor cameras--old or new--have ever fallen from their mounts.
