My nest outdoor camera cable on 2 out of 4 cameras we have are complete disintegrated. The devices dont power up now.
I tried to reach out to support. But the support agent asks me if I am able to restart the device or connect it to wifi even after me repeating that the cable is damaged and the device doesnt power on.
I understand the device is out of warranty but I am really disappointed with the build quality compared to the other outdoor cameras. Is there a way I can order (purchase) replacement cables?
