I Have a wired outdoor camera and it has some moisture inside the lens. After drying it out I plugged it back in to find the green status light would only come on momentarily the go out. I plugged the camera into my laptop and had the same result. I’ve reset it soft wise and unplugged it for several minutes but the same thing happens. I have 2 of these and the other one if working good. Both are about 3 years old. What’s next.
An update on this. I plugged the camera in and let it sit for awhile. The green light came on and stays on but no picture and get no connection to the camera. I’ve unplugged and plugged it back in several times but same result. I reset it both usb and in the wall connection but same. I deleted the camera and tried to reconnect it but won’t see the camera. Also I get an error code na023. Bluetooth has been turned off then back on but no results
Sorry to hear you're experiencing this, as I can imagine it has been an inconvenience. I would love to look into this further for you. Do you also use a Nest Connect with your other Nest/Google devices, like a thermostat? Wondering as the error code you get, is generally connected to a Nest Connect connectivity concern. Please let me know if this is the case or not, so we can look into this further.
