I have 3 cameras and 1 doorbell camera. One of the cameras is saying offline. Normally when this happens I switch them all off and then back on and it resolves the issue. It's been off the whole day and have tryed switching off from mains and turned router off and back on. Still not working. Not sure what to do next? Any ideas? Thanks

This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.

Hi no sadly not. Plugged it in and it's completely dead. Its about 2 months out of warranty so there is nothing that could be done when I spoke to customer services. Not happy! Thanks
