Nest outdoor camera

The blue light on my Nest outdoor camera is blinking blue. I can get through all the steps up to the point when it’s looking for my WiFi which is well within reach and has always worked until it didn’t. I lost power and connection to it.

What type of Nest camera do you have? Are you using an iOS or Android device? Also, are you using the Google Home or the Nest app?
