Been a Nest product fan for a long time. However, Oct. 2022 I purchased 2 outdoor wireless cameras for my entry gates to my home. It was late November before I was able to install them. After several weeks of changing the settings, I found that the battery life was just way too short for my application. When I reached out to Nest for some help the only response I got was the return policy was 15 days. WOW! it would take 15 days to give a product a fair chance to perform. But I guess I moved to slow and now own 2 door stops because I have nest cameras everywhere I may have been able to use them.
Guess Nest is not interested in customer service and more interested in selling products with no concern of their long term customers problems.
Glad new products are coming to the market, it gives us options.
Too Bad, I like the product.
