how can i obtain a replacement security screw for Nest Doorbell wired gen 2? I lost mine during installation.

Unfortunately, the Google Store doesn't offer replacements for those. You can find them at a hardware store or similar retailer.

There must???be a way to obtain a factory OEM screw. That is what i really want. I have read where a customer got a new one through warranty department as the doorbell was new and under warranty. Any ideas on how to go about that?

I understand your frustration. Unfortunately, due to our warranty policy, we're unable to replace the lost screw.

To help you resolve this issue, I suggest checking a hardware store for a replacement screw.
