Nest wired doorbell doesn’t chime

My wired doorbell doesn’t chime. I hear it on my iPhone and Google Home but not on the bell chime so if I don’t have my iPhone near me I don’t know someone is at the door. I believe the existing AC transformer is not suitable and would like a Nest Pro to replace it. Where can I contact one please? I’m in Wetherby Yorkshire

thanks but that’s not the information I needed. I’m looking for a Nest installer to replace the transformer on my existing Nest doorbell system

Brad. That didn’t help. I was asking for professional installers near me so I can source a bigger transformer. Or suggest a better resolution.

I haven’t received any help from the community for my question. I am looking for a local source of a suitable transformer to replace my existing one which isn’t powerful enough to ring the internal chime, although I get a ring at the doorbell and on my phone. I live in Wetherby in the UK

I am afraid the community wouldn't have the type of information you may be looking for. I would suggest you do a Google search in your area for this information. The link, I provided previously, is for professional installers. It may be the US link, but you can change the country at the bottom of the page and see how you can get connected with someone local in the UK.
